Chardé began her yoga journey attending college over 10 years ago solely as a workout, but found the mental benefits and meditation practice would keep her an avid student, and one day a teacher. For Chardé, yoga class provides space where she feels compassion, empowerment, strength, peace, and at ease with life. This was (and is) just what she needed and something she wants to share with others through Namasté Con Chardé.
Chardé completed Vinyasa Yoga teacher training at Yoga Yoga in Austin, TX, then in February 2017 set off traveling the world for a year while teaching yoga. Beginning in Asia then making her way through Europe, the U.K, and currently in Africa, Chardé continues to travel and teach yoga everywhere she can.
Even though Chardé is not able to physically be in yoga class with everyone around her, through Namasté Con Chardé, she is able to connect with not only family and friends, but with people all across the world.

I began practicing yoga in 2010 as a step on the path to self-love. I’m both humbled and honored to share this light with others. Sarah has a MA from SMU where she spent time studying in India, received her initial 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2012 through Gaia Flow and is now completing an additional 300-hour advanced yoga training at Grow Yoga.She trained under Shanon Buffington to understand the complexities of yoga specifically during pregnancy through postpartum. She attributes much of her creativity in yoga sequencing to extensive trainings and workshops through Life Power Yoga.

Sarah is also a prenatal yoga certified teacher and a member of Yoga Alliance YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider) educator. I enjoy helping students as well as other teachers further their study and understanding of yoga, meditation and movement. Sarah has partnered with I Choose Change to promote a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. powerful, peaceful, soul-loving yoga.
I vow to always be authentic, moving from that beautiful place of love. I invite you to come as you are and take what you need from the practice. Yoga requires no modifiers, it simply asks that you show up.
